"Thinking of canceling your subscription? Better brace yourself."
Good luck if you’re looking to end your subscription. There’s no easy way to do it; even though we stopped using it back in January, they’re still hitting us with charges in May. We might just have to cancel our credit card to stop the payments.

There is no convenient method to cancel the subscription; despite discontinuing our usage in January, they are still charging us in May. We might have to resort to canceling our credit card to halt the payments.

"Customer service for this item is just awful, even though the product itself is okay."
This item works well, but the support is just plain awful. Honestly, I've never dealt with such lousy service before. They tend to close your tickets even when they’re aware the product has issues. They keep messing up your data exports, and it always seems to go wrong at the worst possible times. Rather than actually trying to fix the problems, they just hit you with vague responses like "we understand." The account managers are alright, but working with the support crew feels like chatting with a brick wall.

"The support for this product is absolutely terrible, despite it being somewhat decent."
This product is good, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have honestly never experienced such poor service before. They have a habit of closing your tickets even when they know the product is faulty. They consistently mess up your data exports, and it always seems to happen at the most inconvenient times. Instead of making a genuine effort to resolve the issues, they simply respond with empty phrases like "we understand." The account managers are decent, but dealing with the support team is like talking to a brick wall.

"My experience with the assigned TAM was really disappointing..."
I had a truly terrible time with the TAM, Ragu, who was assigned to us. We're only getting one reply per email each day, and most of the solutions offered are just plain wrong. Whenever there's a problem, I find myself having to ask Atul from the Dev team to sort it out.

The workflows keep breaking down, which really makes the automations we’re trying to set up look bad.

Andrew was super disrespectful and rude, even cutting off our calls while I was still talking. I’ve got a recording of that call if you want to listen. If it’s possible, could you please assign a different TAM and Manager to our case?

"The product works fine, but there's definitely space to enhance it."
Imagine if you took the interface and workflow of Freshdesk and mixed it with the extra features of Freshservice; you'd end up with an awesome product. That said, Freshservice's API leaves a lot to be desired, which really puts pressure on their developers to tackle tasks that your own team should be handling. Plus, the user interface can be a bit all over the place and isn't the easiest to navigate. Even with these issues, Freshservice still gets the job done, and the mobile app is super handy.

If you combined the interface and workflow of Freshdesk with the additional features of Freshservice, you would have a fantastic product. However, Freshservice's API is quite limited, which puts a lot of burden on Freshservice developers to handle tasks that should ideally be done by your own developers. Additionally, the user interface is inconsistent and not very user-friendly. Despite these drawbacks, Freshservice does manage to get the job done and its mobile app is highly beneficial.

"Exceptional Experience with FreshService"
For the last couple of years, we've been using FreshService and it’s been pretty solid. No downtime at all, which is a big plus. Whenever we needed help, I’d just put in a ticket and we’d get a reply in just a few hours. The support crew always had answers for us right away, or at the latest, by the next day. Now, I gotta say, the analytics part is a bit tricky for me. Even after making widgets, I couldn’t pull together the detailed reports we needed for our key performance indicators. So, I’ve been manually exporting tickets and checking the metrics myself. I haven’t had the chance to dive into the new updates that came out at the end of August, but I’m planning to check them out this month. Fingers crossed that the analytics will be more user-friendly and I can start making use of the reports from Analytics.

"Review from August: A Mixed Bag"
So, I checked out this spot in August and had a pretty great time overall. The vibe was just right, cozy and welcoming. The crew was super friendly and really on the ball with their service.

The menu had a ton of options, so there’s something for everyone. I went with the seafood pasta, and let me tell you, it was tasty! The flavors hit just right.

Now, about my rating—normally, I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars. Fresh usually nails it with their service; they’re quick, efficient, and nice. But I had a hiccup with ServiceBOT’s knowledge solutions that depend on URLs to SharePoint, and those aren’t working as they should. It’s taking a bit to sort that out.

"I'm a huge fan of FreshService!"
I really dig FreshService! The user interface might have a few quirks, but honestly, it doesn't bother me much. I love how the workflows fit nicely with our processes, and tweaking them when needed is pretty straightforward.

Sure, there are a couple of spots where I wish it could be a bit more adaptable, but it still works great as it is. I'm a fan of its organized method. Unlike some other tools I've tried that go overboard with flexibility, FreshService finds a sweet spot between being structured and adaptable.

All in all, this product is fantastic. The support I get is always top-tier, and the agents are super friendly, helpful, and quick to help out.

I've noticed that some workflows can feel a bit repetitive, but with the customization features, it's an easy fix.
